The product has been damaged during transport:

In cases of significant and visible damage produced in the packaging of the merchandise during transport, it is highly recommended that the client write down the incidents on the carrier's delivery note and notify us at info@mrchillo.com as soon as possible.

The product is defective:

In the event that the product is defective, the user can return it, assuming Mr. Chill.o the shipping costs that are generated by the delivery of the product and by the return of the same. Mr. Chill.o will proceed to resend the replaced product, at no additional cost to the customer.
